We work with organisations to help them decide the best method of delivery (e-Learning, ILT or blended) and then help them plan to implement it. This may include identifying suitable software (to use for content authoring or hosting/tracking learning) and any initial compatibility testing involved with their in-house systems.

In addition, we provide consultancy on the e-Learning design itself through content writing, storyboarding and accessibility.

How the training service works
Premier IT is committed to promoting lifelong learning and works with organisations around the world to help them develop their staff skills.

We have worked with public sector organisations for over a decade supporting their digital rollouts and BAU training, including patient clinical systems (such as Cerner, RiO and Lorenzo).

Our IT systems skills training services include e-Learning development, bespoke template development, bespoke e-Learning developer training, training design and consultancy, training materials creation, training management, training administration and trainers and floorwalkers.

In addition, we have created bespoke modules to support induction and change processes for many organisations (both public and private), using our years of training experience to collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative learning solutions. Regardless of the topic, we will work with you to develop branded media-rich content that meets your learning objectives. We can also develop content for global markets and in many different languages.

From initial scoping, our team will work with you to advise, design and deliver quality e-Learning.

As well as our own internal quality assurance processes, we build in review checkpoints throughout our development projects to allow key stakeholders to verify that the training materials being created meet requirements.

Our development stages include Beta and Alpha versions allowing organisations to complete reviews, request changes and complete user acceptance testing before the Gold version of the module or training documentation is made available.

Our e-Learning is designed to be compliant with WCAG accessibility requirements.
