Voror use a variety of tools to support the Voror Health Platform and cloud hosting on AWS and Azure cloud systems. We have developed a suite of open source tools we use to enhance the out of the box monitoring services of these cloud services to ensure maximum service quality and uptime.
Monitoring is performed over secure encrypted links and VPN's at all times using the highest levels of encryption.
This monitoring is carried out by a highly experienced team of cloud administrators and engineers.

All Voror Health Platform work is done remotely, and cloud infrastructure must be provided by the customer (although managed by Voror Health Technologies).
The customer must obtain NHS IM1 accreditation if data from GP organisations is within scope, however full support is provided.
Information governance is the responsibility of the customer; they are the data processor. Voror Health Technologies are a data sub-processor under contract and therefore operate under the information governance that the customer puts in place. As part of the Voror Health Platform package we will work closely with your nominated IG leads when required, and where possible.
