Deliverables assume buyer ownership of cloud accounts and platform governance decisions. Does not include bespoke business application development; any automation is limited to cloud configuration, infrastructure-as-code and service integrations needed to deliver the support outcome.

As a professional service, response times are not governed by SLA. Queries are responded to as soon as reasonably practicable during normal UK business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Where required, extended cover (e.g. evenings, weekends, bank-holidays, or defined response targets) can be agreed at call-off and priced accordingly.
Each engagement is supported by a named account manager who acts as a key point of contact. An escalation path is in place, allowing issues to be escalated through senior leadership and, where appropriate, to board-level management, with escalation routes and expectations confirmed at call-off. - User can manage status and priority of support tickets

Standard: Business-hours support (09:00–17:30 UK time, Mon–Fri (excluding Bank Holidays)) via email/ticketing and scheduled calls. Covers implementation queries, backlog triage, documentation updates, and agreed knowledge transfer activities.
Enhanced: Additional workshops and extended hours for planned release windows, cutovers, or platform rollout milestones. Includes increased cadence of technical working sessions and governance touchpoints.
On-call: Optional, time-limited on-call support for agreed high-impact changes (for example, platform rollout or critical pipeline changes). On-call scope, escalation routes, and response targets are defined in the call-off and depend on buyer tooling and access arrangements.
