On-site delivery is available by prior agreement and may incur additional cost.
Support is limited to Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse) and Microsoft 365 capabilities, alongside TPG software.
The service relies on the buyer providing appropriate Microsoft licences and tenant access.
Availability is subject to agreed support hours and service levels defined in the contract.
Change requests outside the agreed scope are handled through formal change control.
