- Getting started
- Taranto delivers flexible, tailored training through interactive sessions (onsite or online), covering all user levels from standard users to super users, with floorwalking support available at go-live. All training is bespoke to the client and built following an initial training needs assessment carried out during project implementation.

- End-of-contract data extraction
- Taranto provides an extract of all client data in a suitable format to protect our database IPR. Any additional efforts would need to be understood in further detail – but clients can expect Taranto Systems to act professionally in communicating with the new provider.
- End-of-contract process
-
Should our contract end, then the council can expect us to act professionally in communicating with the new provider. This will include an extract of data (in a suitably agreed format to protect our database IPR) and decommissioning handheld software. Moreover, we will endeavour to facilitate transparency with the new provider to leave the council in an agreeable position following our tenure as supplier.
We are flexible with respect to licencing and pricing models – but, ultimately, our focus is on transparency. We do not believe in hidden or unpredictable charges. We operate a transparent commercial model and will present all associated costings to clients in a clear and unambiguous manner. Our pricing model can be bespoke and this would largely depend on the scope of services required.
Typically, we charge an initial mobilisation fee, and then an on-going annual support, maintenance, and licence fee, which covers software, support, and data-hosting within our Azure Cloud solution.
Where we do charge licence fees (such as for Google licences if using the Taranto Track application, or third-party ANPR licences that are required if using the ANPR Scanner facility on the handheld), our model is made based on annual subscription licences. - Documentation accessibility standard
