Support is included for the duration of the term. At the end of the term the customer can renew the agreement or stop using the service. If the service is terminated data will still reside on the customer's platform as no customer data is stored within the solution. However on termination all data replication tasks will stop. Offboarding is an easy process since no data is stored within the Qlik product so the customer simply stops using the software. - Documentation accessibility standard
