Remote working is primarily our business model. Staff do not have a need to commute, and travel is limited to client-facing tasks or external training. Internal meetings, and the majority of our external meetings are now held virtually.
We provide a bike to work scheme for those who live locally or who choose to cycle, along with public transport, when they visit client premises.
Our travel policy encourages the use of trains when travelling for business. A business case may require air travel, but only when absolutely necessary. - Tackling economic inequality

Tackling economic inequality
We create opportunities for new skills, new jobs and new opportunities. We provide student placements for local universities.
Jumping Rivers sponsor and support community learning with an 80-100% subsidy (locally and internationally). We hold local events frequently, removing any financial barriers for attendance, and encourage other local businesses to contribute. This is something we are invested in longer-term.
We hire using the apprenticeship model to up-skill individuals, and continue to provide internal opportunities to explore and test new ideas with exploratory time and continued professional and personal development. - Wellbeing
