Our consultants work with clients throughout the project lifecycle; initially helping to define their Cloud Strategy, helping to develop the resulting Transformation Roadmap and ensuring the successful implementation of the desired Cloud Services.
Fuel’s consultants are well versed in implementing all types of cloud platforms. We help drive cost savings, flexibility, security and compliance for mission‑critical applications. We will help you choose the best cloud technologies and map out a strategy for you.
Our consultants work with our client partners in establishing their priorities and evolving a strategy that meets those priorities. We are not tied to, nor do we have any commercial association with, any vendors or hosting company, so can provide impartial advice and guidance to public sector organisations.
Once our clients agree to a Cloud Strategy, detailed plans with corresponding time frames would be forthcoming. These plans ensure proper implementation without having to deal with future insecurities. - Planning service works with specific services

- How the training service works
- The best way to train our clients is to have them involved in implementing the programme. We would engage with a select group of employees within our client partners who would work closely with our consultants in implementing their Cloud Services. Our consultants would work with each organisation in order to create new operational processes for change management, provisioning, security, etc., providing expertise in their area as well as mentoring and providing skills-transfer to permanent staff.

In order to help our clients to migrate to the cloud, or between cloud services, our consultants will carry out initial migration planning sessions. From these sessions, we can then develop a migration project plan that outlines all of the key milestones and timeframes to help ensure a smooth and safe migration to your new cloud environment.
Once the strategy has been agreed, our consultants will work alongside our client’s IT teams to ensure the success of the migration (the best way to train / mentor our clients is to have them involved in implementing their cloud services).
We manage all of the technical aspects of migrating our client's systems to the cloud, ensuring that all of their data and software is safely migrated to and integrated with their new cloud infrastructure. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

Fighting climate change
At Fuel Recruitment, we're passionate about protecting the environment alongside connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities. We're dedicated to shrinking our carbon footprint every month by offsetting emissions from our entire team. Recognising the grave climate challenges facing our planet, we've taken tangible action to drive real change. As part of our unique commitment, we plant a new tree for each successful job placement we make. To date, we've planted 1,608 trees across 13 countries and funded 17 projects globally. Our most recent project was conserving the Amazon in Rondonia, Brazil, which will prevent 8,378,697 tonnes of CO2 emissions over 30 years. We are committed to providing a quality service in a manner that ensures a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and minimises our potential impact on the environment. We operate in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and we strive to use pollution prevention and environmental best practices in all we do. We use environmentally friendly, biodegradable, recyclable products in our marketing products such as coffee tumblers. Tote bags are available to all employees to discourage the use of plastic bags when going out to lunch and we have recycling bins on every floor.Equal opportunity
Fuel Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and has a clearly defined Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy. We have pledged to avoid unlawful discrimination in all aspects of employment including recruitment and selection, promotion, transfer, opportunities for training, pay and benefits, other terms of employment, discipline, selection for redundancy and dismissal. Fuel is committed to supporting the principle of equal opportunities and opposes all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination on the grounds of any Protected Characteristic (PC) including sex; race (including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin); religion or belief; age; disability; marital status and civil partnership; sexual orientation; gender reassignment; pregnancy and maternity. Fuel’s aim is to create an environment that encourages and values diversity within its workforce and builds on the differences individuals bring, enabling our continued success. We aim to draw upon the widest possible range of views and experiences to meet the changing needs of our staff, clients, partners, candidates, contractors and temporary workers. We seek to promote diversity and to respond to the needs of all individuals in a fair and equitable manner, whilst observing our commitment and responsibility to current legislation. Fuel work with their candidates to ensure equality and diversity throughout the recruitment process. Our interview and selection process is undertaken in a fair and consistent manner to ensure that the candidate who meets the specification in terms of knowledge, skills and attitude will be offered the position. All employees are thoroughly trained and provided with our Staff Handbook which lists all company policies relating to equality and diversity. Fuel Recruitment regularly monitor the effects of selection decisions and personnel practices and procedures to assess whether equal opportunity is being achieved. This also involves considering any possible indirectly discriminatory effects of its standard working practices.Wellbeing
Valuing wellbeing, mental health and different styles of thinking, communicating and working are integral to all of our equality objectives. We have tailored strategies for mental health and wellbeing to accommodate all employees regardless of working time or location. This has included weekly deskside Yoga, a £75 voucher to help purchase training shoes for every member of staff to encourage activity, team steps challenges, gifts delivered to homes and we have introduced “WinningTemp”, an AI based platform to anonymously measure and optimise employee experience and view how employees are faring in real time. We have also provided a free financial consultancy service to our employees in cooperation with HSBC Bank and as we have moved to hybrid working arrangements, we are ensuring that we keep our remote workforce engaged within a team environment by maintaining daily team meetings via MS Teams and we still have a Friday 4pm quiz where spot prizes are awarded. In the last 12 months, we have carried out a number of activities to raise awareness of a number of local and national schemes. These have included the Helping Hands Community Project- Shoebox Appeal (for the homeless) – “Local people helping local people in need.”, Myton Hospices Santa Dash, Run for Heroes (5K in May), MIND, Save the Children Christmas Jumpers, Macmillan Coffee Morning, Children in Need Tombola, Movember, Pumpkin Carving Competitions etc.
