Onboarding and offboarding
- Getting started
-
ProjectDeck is a SaaS system that is readily self-implemented by our customers directly from the www.projectdeck.com website. ProjectDeck is also simple to self-configure and self-train.
Some Enterprise features, such as Single Sign On, require a short session between our cloud support engineering team and a representative from our customers IT team.
CappKind also offer remote and on-site training and consultancy services to help you implement your ProjectDeck subscription as required. - Service documentation

CappKind confirm that in the case of an unfortunate event of subscription termination, our customers can continue to manage their current workflows electronically using the ProjectDeck platform during the transition period to a replacement system. There is no limitation to this, as on subscription termination ProjectDeck reverts to a ‘read-only’ service whereby all data remains accessible.
CappKind also confirm that we will provide full database exports for transition to a replacement system. The ProjectDeck platform has offline archiving capability that generates an archive on external media for accessing all project information. Files are stored in their native format, and database data is converted to JSON format. - End-of-contract process
- Contact ProjectDeck to arrange final handover of all data held on the system. An archive of all project documentation and data will be generated. Documentation and data will be supplied, encrypted via SFTP, to the subscription owner or the subscription owners assignee. The SFTP service for archive transmission may be provided either by the customer or CappKind. If CappKind provides the SFTP service, there will be a small commodity charge for this. All other costs of data extraction are included in your subscription fee and no additional charges are required.
