Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
As standard, support and training guides are available through the SAP SuccessFactors user community. In addition, you would be assigned a Veritas Prime Client Engagement Executive who would be able to provide you with useful resources, events, and documentation.

If you were to select Veritas Prime for implementation we would also organise a Project Team Orientation (PTO) meeting. This would ensure alignment between the Veritas Prime and client project team, and provide an introduction to the project. The objective of the PTO session is to build a common understanding for each team member of the project methodology, project plan and everyone’s roles and responsibilities throughout the project. The PTO also provides a knowledge transfer on the core out of the box functionality of SAP SuccessFactors (the system as a whole and also specific modules as applicable) that will enable participants to gain a high-level understanding of its concepts and capabilities.To help users effectively start using our service, we employ a multi-faceted approach that encompasses onsite training, online training resources, and comprehensive user documentation.

End-of-contract data extraction
At the end of a license contract period, a customer has two options; renew their license agreement or terminate it.

If an organisation decides to terminate its license agreement then there are Reporting Tools available to enable customers to extract their data.

Veritas Prime would be able to support this if needed for an additional cost.
End-of-contract process
At the end of a contract with Veritas Prime, several processes are typically initiated to ensure a smooth transition for the organisation and its data. Firstly, discussions may occur between the organisation and Veritas Prime to review the contract terms, including any renewal options, data retention policies, and obligations regarding data extraction and transfer.

Once the contract termination date approaches, the organisation may initiate data extraction procedures to ensure they retain access to their critical HR information. This often involves utilising SAP SuccessFactors data export functionality or APIs to export employee records, performance evaluations, training data, and other relevant information in a format compatible with the organisation's systems.

Simultaneously, the organisation may begin preparations to transition to a new HR management system if they have chosen not to renew their contract with Veritas Prime. This could involve selecting a new vendor, migrating data, configuring the new system, and training employees on its use.

Throughout this process, it's crucial for the organisation to comply with any contractual obligations regarding data privacy, security, and confidentiality. Veritas Prime may provide assistance or guidance to ensure compliance with these requirements, facilitating a seamless transition while safeguarding the organisation's sensitive HR data.
