- We are a specialist Microsoft Solutions Partner, specialising in modern cloud architecture using Microsoft Azure. There is no constraint in terms of hosting platform or technology for the legacy system being migrated, we only work with Microsoft Azure as a target platform.

A customer portal is provided to raise questions/issues. We endeavour to answer tickets within 24 hours, however these are not subject to an SLA. This support can be be extended to ongoing support, and an SLA agreed, through transitioning to our Mission Critical Managed Application Support service if required (at extra cost) which is listed as a separate service on G-Cloud.
