creation, review, approval, evaluation and/or supporting others to do so. A tailored program is designed to fit in with your needs. Sessions typically include:
Training for Users of RoleMapper, this may be split to multiple sessions for different categories of Users (i.e. Recruiters, Reviewers, Contributors, Approvers etc. This training is delivered as each group of users "Go Live" on the platform.
Superuser training is designed for the core team who will be managing the use of the RoleMapper platform and providing internal user support. This training is delivered before the roll out to the wider organisation and is designed to enable Superusers to use and administer the platform.
Drop-In Sessions
These sessions enable users to bring any questions or issues for specialist help. Sessions can be scheduled at different times to provide access to as many users as possible. - Training is tied to specific services

There are two QA elements that we deliver. During our implementation process we have a robust Acceptance testing process that ensures that the business outcomes of the buyer are being met by the deployed solution. This includes data quality validation and business process effectiveness testing. Our implementation project team will co-ordinate this activity, ensuring that the platform is prepared, and the buyer data is loaded correctly,
Post implementation the platform will provide data quality insights and user engagement insights to demonstrate how well it performs to meet the ongoing needs of the buyer.
