We do not provide tiered or ongoing support levels such as first-line, second-line or third-line support. Our services are advisory and programme-based and are delivered on a project or time-limited basis in line with the agreed scope of work.
Support during delivery is provided through normal project governance and engagement arrangements, including scheduled meetings, workshops and agreed points of contact. Any queries or issues arising during delivery are managed as part of the project delivery process rather than through a formal support desk or incident management function.
We do not offer chargeable support packages, service level agreements for ongoing support, or different priced support tiers. Costs are agreed on a project, milestone or time-and-materials basis, depending on the nature of the engagement.
We do not provide a technical account manager or cloud support engineer. Our services are delivered by appropriate subject matter experts, programme leads or advisors relevant to the scope of work, who remain accountable for delivery during the engagement.
