Main phases of the Performance strategy for Client are:

Requirement Analysis

Identify business critical scenarios in scope of Performance testing. Risk based criteria i.e. ‘Critical Scenario Identifier’ will be leveraged to identify scenarios in scope.

Test Strategizing
This will further refine the scope with the help of CLIENT Business users. Many other aspects like approach, risk and mitigation, workload model, environment details, roles and responsibilities etc. will be covered as part of Test plan. Test Plan will also address Test Data Creation strategy.
VE3 Team will leverage its IP solution ‘Workload Modeler’ for building accurate workload model.

Test Script Preparation
Test scripts will be prepared for identified business critical transactions using the recommended tool.

Test Execution and analysis
It will be iterative process. After each iteration bottleneck analysis will be conducted. Development team will provide the tuning fix. Performance test team will re-execute the test to validate that tuning fix is working fine
