Scout AI ensures its web-based support tools are designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies. Our online ticketing and web chat interfaces are tested as part of routine quality assurance activities, where utilised, using assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and browser accessibility tools.
Where web chat functionality is used, testing focuses on ensuring content is perceivable, operable, and understandable, including correct focus management, readable labels, and logical interaction flows. Accessibility considerations are reviewed during configuration and updates, and issues identified are prioritised for remediation.
We welcome accessibility feedback from users and apply continuous improvement to support inclusive access. Where required, we work with buyers to validate accessibility requirements and make reasonable adjustments aligned to WCAG 2.2 AA. - Support levels

Scout AI provides flexible support levels aligned to buyer needs and service scope.
Standard Support is included with the service and provides access to email or ticketed support during UK business hours. This covers advisory queries, clarification requests, and scheduled check-ins aligned to agreed delivery activities.
Enhanced Support can be provided at additional cost where buyers require extended availability, faster response times, or increased engagement. Enhanced support levels are agreed during onboarding and priced transparently based on scope, duration, and resource requirements.
Where appropriate, buyers are supported by a named cloud architect or senior cloud support engineer familiar with their environment and objectives. For larger or longer-running engagements, a dedicated point of contact can be provided to coordinate activity, reporting, and escalation.
