End-of-contract data extraction
Our Terms of Service set out a detailed approach for ensuring that clients can extract all of their data when the contract ends using open-standards based bulk exports.
End-of-contract process
The license is provided based on the annual contract and cost. If the contract is not extended, the software will not be available; however, data will still be available for export/extraction for a period of 30 days after contract expiry.
