Trust provides a Bronze Monitoring and Reporting Managed Service. This includes Service Desk ticketing and email support. This provides 30-minute initial response, resolution target is subject to incident severity grading.
Service desk email and ticketing support to 24x7x365 (subject to agreed service level) with no change in response time outside of normal business hours.
A web interface is available to customers to raise, view and manage current and historic incidents and changes. 24/7/365 Phone support.
Trust Cloud Hosting includes 'Bronze' Support. The cost for this Managed Service is included in the IaaS monthly cost.
