Once deployed with a client, consultants have access to ongoing technical support and up-skilling opportunities, including accreditations from our Technology Partners. At AiCore, our dedication to continuous learning extends beyond tenure, ensuring that even if a consultant transitions to a permanent role with a client, they continue to receive training support beyond their time with us.

- At AiCore, continuous support is provided to junior consultants throughout their tenure on cloud projects. We conduct regular quarterly reviews for both the Buyer and consultants, aimed at measuring Buyer objectives, addressing issues, identifying areas for development, and exploring how AiCore can further support both parties. Additionally, AiCore offers funded qualifications and industry certifications to consultants annually, enriching cloud projects with valuable intellectual property and industry-specific expertise.

- Support levels
- AiCore provides comprehensive support to junior consultants and the Buyer between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday. This service is overseen by a dedicated Account Manager from AiCore, ensuring quality and continuity standards are upheld throughout the project. The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for arranging project initiation, addressing specific service requirements, and managing commercial aspects. Additionally, each Buyer is supported by a Services Manager who provides pastoral care to junior consultants and assists the Account Manager in key project activities. In the absence of the Account Manager, the Services Manager acts as deputy to ensure seamless service delivery. AiCore also boasts a dedicated Engagement Team responsible for conducting regular reviews for junior consultants. Furthermore, our Learning & Development Team handles technical queries, including technology or tool up-skilling, which can be provided remotely or on-site at the Buyer's location.
