- Our Network Monitoring Service is available on a 24x7 basis. We do have the option of providing a business hours service only if requested or an extended support option that can be negotiated upon request. As regards cost of service this would be provided on application and definition of scope. A service delivery manager will be assigned to the respective account depending on size and complexity which would include monthly service review meetings and reporting.
