Support levels
-
We provide a single, comprehensive support service rather than tiered levels. All customers receive the same enterprise‑grade support, including incident management, service requests, problem investigation, and advisory guidance across the in‑scope estate.
Support is delivered 24x7, covering business‑critical issues, standard incidents, and how‑to queries via remote and (where contracted) on‑site assistance. There are no uplifted “premium” tiers, out‑of‑hours surcharges, or per‑incident fees: all support levels are included within the core service price at no additional cost.
Each customer is assigned a Technical Account Manager (Primary Support Engineer) who develops an in‑depth understanding of the environment, owns complex technical issues, and coordinates fixes with our wider team. In addition, a dedicated Customer Account Manager provides commercial and service governance, acting as the primary business contact.
The Technical Account Manager issues regular status updates and contributes to monthly service performance reports, including SLA performance, ticket volumes, trends, and any remediation actions. The Customer Account Manager chairs quarterly service review meetings to track outcomes against agreed success criteria, discuss roadmap and risk items, and ensure our service continues to align with the customer’s technical and commercial priorities.
