Planning
- Planning service
- Yes
- How the planning service works
- C-STEM has evolved a nine stage framework which guides organisations through the planning, procurement and installation of services. We will work with our customers as virtual extensions of their team to understand their requirements before working with them to create design documents that will guide them through the project. Once the solution has been designed our professional services engineers will follow the design, working with your staff to implement the solution based on the requirements identified at the beginning of the process. Once implemented, we will aid with the transition of the project into a business as usual operation.

Setup and migration
- Setup or migration service available
- Yes
- How the setup or migration service works
- Firstly C-STEM will look to identify the key requirements of the project, these will be tracked throughout the project to ensure that we can demonstrate the measurable success of the project. We are able to work with existing on premise systems, review the configuration, optimise it and migrate it to the cloud. We are also able to implement entirely new systems based in the cloud. We have engineers who have an understanding of all IP and digital telephone systems so we can come up with the best plan to migrate these systems into the cloud.
- Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

Quality assurance and performance testing
- Quality assurance and performance testing service
- Yes
- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
- For each product we support, we have generic checklists and test plans that allow us to ensure that our deployments (or those of others that we are providing QA for) have been installed to C-STEM and the vendor's recommended standard. Beyond this, through the cloud migration engagement process C-STEM will seek to understand the customer's objectives and will trace them through the design, implementation and testing phases of the project. Whilst not yet independently certified C-STEM are working to the guidelines set out in ISO 9001 for quality management.
