Proptivity UK’s solutions utilise equipment that is both commercially and technically approved by all UK mobile network operators, ensuring full compatibility across all four networks. As a result, the service is authorised for use by each operator without restriction.
Any limitations experienced by end users would typically relate to the terms of their individual mobile service contracts rather than the Proptivity UK solution itself.
Power is required on-site for MER and IRUs.

Proptivity UK delivers bespoke in-building and mobile connectivity solutions for property owners, developers, occupiers, and public-sector organisations across the UK.
Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides 24/7 first-line support, with the ability to engage specialist second- and third-line engineers where issues require deeper technical expertise. Clear escalation routes are in place through to senior service management to ensure rapid resolution when needed.
Fault resolution times are defined by the severity of the issue. Critical service incidents resulting in a complete loss of connectivity across all networks are targeted for resolution within 24 hours. Less severe incidents affecting individual coverage areas or cells are targeted for resolution within 72 hours.
The service is continuously monitored using our management platforms 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This proactive monitoring means many issues are identified and resolved automatically by our systems, often before they are noticed by onsite teams or end users.
