Testing is typically undertaken on site, with team members available in person or via email throughout all planned test windows, ensuring timely collaboration and rapid issue resolution during execution.
Email support will be provided throughout the engagement window for test planning activities, enabling early clarification, coordination, and agreement of scope, schedules, and requirements.
All support requests will receive a response within a maximum of 2 working days. During planned test windows, response times will be significantly faster to reflect the critical nature of testing activities and delivery timelines. - User can manage status and priority of support tickets

Telephone and email support are provided through dedicated contact numbers assigned for each engagement. Our UK-based teams typically work on client sites and provide on site support as standard, ensuring close collaboration and rapid response.
Each client is assigned a named Service Delivery Manager, who acts as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement. Clients also have direct access to their Account Manager, ensuring both operational and commercial support are readily available.
Standard support hours are 9 to 5 on working days. Additional support outside these hours can be provided upon request and will be agreed with the customer at an additional charge.
During critical periods such as test planning and execution windows, escalation is managed through a named, engagement specific escalation matrix. Escalations will be acknowledged and responded to within 3 hours.
We are highly flexible in our approach and are always willing to discuss enhanced service levels tailored to meet specific client requirements.
