Service scope

Service constraints
This service provides discovery and planning only and does not include build, implementation, or operational support. Initial discovery workshops and final playback sessions are delivered in person, with shorter workshops, validation sessions, and supporting analysis delivered remotely. The service is time-boxed and constrained by the agreed scope and stakeholder availability. Accurate findings depend on timely access to documentation, systems, and subject matter experts. Recommendations are based on information available during discovery and may require validation during delivery. Dependencies on third-party suppliers, legacy systems, or internal governance processes may affect timelines and outcomes. No obligation to proceed to build following discovery.
