Our Architecture and Design service offers a modular approach that enables us to work with clients at any stage of their system journey to identify and focus on those areas of the system needing architectural input to guide development. This is sometimes referred to as “just enough architecture”.

This may range from a hand-over workshop prior to off-boarding to more comprehensive knowledge transfer such as mentoring staff throughout the engagement; on-the-job training (OJT) or coaching; or assessed competency based training (CBT).
