Fighting climate change

The ethos of Cheetah Transformation is deeply rooted in sustainability and environmental responsibility. Our team operates predominantly from home offices, embracing remote work as our standard mode of operation. We recognise the significance of reducing our carbon footprint and minimising unnecessary travel. Hence, we prioritise remote collaboration tools and digital communication channels to facilitate seamless teamwork and client interactions.

However, when travel becomes unavoidable for client meetings or project requirements, we adhere to a strict policy of preferring public or ground transportation options over individual vehicle use. This commitment to sustainable travel aligns with our overarching goal of reducing emissions and promoting eco-friendly practices. Moreover, it underscores our dedication to corporate social responsibility by actively minimising our impact on the environment.

Central to our sustainability initiatives is the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) for all company-owned transportation needs. By transitioning to EVs, we mitigate our reliance on fossil fuels and contribute to the ongoing shift towards cleaner, renewable energy sources. This decision reflects our belief in leading by example and making tangible contributions towards a greener future.

In addition to internal sustainability measures, we actively seek partnerships with companies in the renewable energy sector. These collaborations enable us to leverage cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions to further our sustainability goals. By working hand in hand with leaders in renewable energy, we enhance our capacity to support clients in implementing environmentally friendly practices and reducing their carbon footprint.

Equal opportunity

Cheetah Transformation is committed to fostering a workplace culture that upholds principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion. We firmly believe in providing equal opportunities for all employees, ensuring they work in an environment free from discrimination, harassment, or victimisation. Our employment decisions are grounded in merit and aligned with the legitimate business needs of the organisation, regardless of factors such as race, color, nationality, ethnic or national origins, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy, disability, religion or belief, age, or any other protected characteristic under the laws of England, Wales, and Scotland.

We uphold this policy as a fundamental aspect of our commitment to fairness, respect, and dignity in the workplace. By promoting diversity and inclusivity, we harness the unique perspectives, talents, and contributions of every individual within our organisation. This not only strengthens our workforce but also fosters innovation, creativity, and collaboration across all levels of the company. We continuously strive to create an environment where all employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential, irrespective of their background or personal attributes.

Wellbeing

Cheetah Transformation prioritises the cultivation of a workplace culture that prioritises mental health and well-being while actively combating discrimination, harassment, and bullying. Our commitment is rooted in fostering an environment where every colleague feels valued, respected, and supported. We recognise the importance of equipping our workforce with the necessary resources and support to enhance awareness of mental health issues and promote early identification of potential concerns.

Colleagues are encouraged to take a proactive approach to managing their mental health and to demonstrate respect and support for their colleagues. We believe in fostering a sense of community and mutual care, where individuals feel empowered to seek assistance when needed and extend empathy to others. Additionally, we emphasise the importance of all colleagues taking reasonable care to ensure that their actions do not compromise the health and safety of their peers in the workplace.

By prioritising mental health and well-being alongside efforts to prevent discrimination and foster inclusivity, we strive to create a supportive and conducive work environment where individuals can thrive both personally and professionally. Our commitment to these principles reflects our dedication to nurturing a culture of respect, empathy, and collaboration throughout the organisation.
