- Description of service interface
-
For most of our apps, we have a web portal that users can log into using their Smartsheet credentials. From here, they can administer their apps. As well as this, each app has a Smartsheet admin sheet that the administrator user is shared to, from which they can also administer their app.
Smarter Dashboards is a particular case, where the user can administer their dashboards from within the Smarter Dashboards website itself. - Accessibility standards
- None or don’t know
- Description of accessibility
-
Once the app has been purchased, admin users would be shared to the admin interface, whereby they would work with us to configure the service, and would be able to maintain configuration for themselves. Only nominated admin users will have access to this interface.
If an admin user wishes to implement a change that is outside the scope of the admin interface, or is a change to the functionality of the service, they would need to talk to us for extra support and/or development. - Accessibility testing
-
Taken from Smartsheet's website:
Currently, Smartsheet is partially conformant with the Section 508 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. All product teams at Smartsheet share responsibility for continuously improving the usability of their feature areas and are actively working to conform to WCAG and provide a more inclusive experience for all. We realize that not all areas of our product are fully accessible yet. Smartsheet recognizes that accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are continually working to meet our goal of full conformance and provide an inclusive experience for all our users. - API

Load and speed are monitored closely to ensure excellent performance. However, on request, and at an additional cost, we can provide our services on a dedicated server, which would guarantee that users are not affected by the load of any other apps or any other clients.
