- How the planning service works
-
Our project methodology includes a full design phase where we engage with the stakeholders to understand the pressure points in the day to day operations. Using our extensive product and process knowledge we probe to understand what the ideal solution should be and assist through documentation, diagrams and discussion to confirm it. We can cover all elements of data management, process controls, fiscal best practice, reporting and analytics, user roles and security, system security and strategic planning. Throughout the process our efforts are designed to provide a strong, well established vision of the future business built around software which adds real value by assimilating previously manual controls to automate and manage by exception. Thereby freeing the stakeholders from the day to day transaction management to focus on more valuable elements of their roles.
The degree of design work will depend on which project methodology you opt for.
- FastStart: has limited design built in as this delivers rapid, template deployment.
- Standard: a high degree of fixed delivery with an ability to tailor certain aspects to meet with requirements. Fast install projects.

- How the training service works

Our training services are designed to empower the users to take ownership and control of the system. Using a mix of online training delivery, onsite (when applicable), documentation and on-demand training content we are able to facilitate standard and bespoke training to customers and generally meet all specific needs when delivering out to an organisation. We work with you to interpret the training requirements, to "train the trainers" and support their ability to own the overall core learning function to the wider user community. We can on request provide direct end user training with bespoke training materials.
Our training is progressive in that we assume a gradual enrichment process rather than jumping straight in and make sure that the courses delivered are monitored, recorded and shared as well as seeking feedback to make sure we achieve the stated aims of the course. - Training is tied to specific services

During our service delivery we have a peer review which occurs weekly to establish that we are providing the correct guidance and support to ensure the outcome is derived.
We review in the preparation of and on completion of, each delivery stage, the objectives and deliverables and review performance via steering committee (when appropriate) or through regular project management calls where we track performance to plan.

- How the support service works
- We offer a UK Business hours reactive support service in relation to the Sage Intacct or Sage X3. We can provide (where relevant) a UK datacenter managed service monitoring for hosted Sage X3 in relation to the hosting platform. That co-exists with our support service for application/user support for Sage X3 given you one single source for all support for Sage X3. Our ticket system is online and we use Microsoft Teams to connect and review tickets with end users. The service is a break/fix model but can be extended to include additional services to cover ad hoc minor system changes, user training, housekeeping etc. This is an additional costed item on a case by case basis. Extended support hours can be provided for an additional fee. We can support Sage Intacct, Sage X3, Sage 300, Sage Enterprise Intelligence, Sage Data & Analytics and Datablend.
Service scope
- Service constraints
-
Our services are provided on a time basis and not by the deliverable. We operate a cancellation charge structure (refer to Terms and Conditions) which will be applied where deemed appropriate. If services are booked and not taken this will lead to charges still being applied on a sliding scale based on notice period. We work with you to ensure that the services achieve the desired objectives and can customise our work to fit your specific requirements.
Some of our services require the customer to be allocated to us as a business partner by Sage to fulfil the work required.

- Support levels
-
We provide a single level of support which is built into the price quoted or if applicable shown as a separate costed item. We don't charge separate support fees, the SLA's apply to everyone.
Our support process has a 2-tier delivery structure - first line/second line support.
First line support will triage issues and deal with simple or general queries based on broad product knowledge and systems understanding.
Second line support is deployed when the issue is specific (for example development coding required to be reviewed) and works in tandem with first line support to maintain our SLA's.
Working this way optimises our ability to hone into complex or challenging problems whilst leaving a steady availability of resource to deal with mundane and quick fix tickets. This maximises the user experience.
Our managed hosting services support is provided using our UK datacenter partner who have a structured approach similar to ours in relation to platform or infrastructure matters. Our support teams work as one.
We engage quarterly with you to discuss the status of logs/tickets and check that the service is operating effectively for you.

Fighting climate change
Cloud based software like Sage inherently reduces the need for staff to travel to a centralised office to perform their day to day activities reducing the carbon footprint of your organisation. The ease with which data can be sourced, reviewed and shared electronically cuts down on the carbon impact of printing information for interpretation and sharing.
Our services are provided from an office free environment, where all our staff work remotely using secure operational systems that meet Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.Tackling economic inequality
Using Sage can noticeably improve the supply chain by supporting innovation throughout the supply chain to deliver via electronic integration a reduction in costs and a drive to higher quality of service through vendor management within the supply chain. Improved collaboration in itself can alter the supply chain relationships for the better as methods of working change and improve from using software which has solid fiscal and financial controls in place designed to help prevent avoidable mistakes such as double raising or processing of purchase orders or invoices respectively.Equal opportunity
By delivering Sage with a visual process map and context sensitive online help for each function we are able to help progress people into higher paid work by developing new skills relevant to furthering their role by simplifying the use of Sage and enabling users to excel in their day to day activities without having to learn complex menus and options.
