We invest heavily in communication and collaboration software to ensure everyone - whether in the office, working from home, or working with clients - feels connected to their colleagues. This is augmented by weekly all-hands meetings or daily stand-ups for everybody, giving them an opportunity to share their own activity and understand the broader focus across our teams.
Resulting supported the COVID-19 recovery effort by providing technology and materials to a local school that supported the development of PPE (oxygen masks) based on 3D printing designs from Italy. The school provided over 500 units to the NHS, and we funded them to make 1,000 more. The impact of this was that patients were kept out of ventilation, as they could wear oxygen masks instead.Tackling economic inequality

We are also a big believer in supporting the local amateur sports teams to enable them to help people thrive.
