InfoPad's services have some constraints including primarily remote support, with onsite support subject to extra costs. Support is offered during business hours, with 24/7 assistance available for critical issues through specific packages. Our managed services contract allows for flexible support engagement, starting from as little as one day per month. This ensures even small businesses or those with fluctuating support needs can access professional assistance without overcommitting resources.
Each support day comprises 7 working hours, with the smallest chargeable increment being half an hour, ensuring efficient use of support time for tasks both big and small. Unused support hours can be rolled over within the contract's duration. Our standard support is managed by a technical account manager although support requests will be routed through to the resource best able to resolve the request as quickly and efficiently as possible.
