Service scope

Service constraints
Sterling Implementation Services are delivered primarily through remote engagement, including online workshops, configuration sessions, and training. Onsite support can be provided by prior agreement and may incur additional cost. Implementation activities rely on timely access to customer data, stakeholders, and decision makers to maintain agreed delivery timescales. The service is designed to configure and enable Sterling rather than replace internal business process ownership or data governance responsibilities.
