Typically, RADD Solutions will provide one-on-one sessions or arrange key user workshops. There will be a demonstration and a number of question and answers opportunities. This is typically all that is needed because support services will not have significantly changed existing workflows.

Where more formal training is required, we would expect to build a course with a third-party that specialise in training and have them deliver the course. This would be identified and agreed in the requirements or can be procured separately.
