Service constraints
Delivery is primarily remote, with on-site attendance available by agreement where required. Services are delivered into customer-owned cloud environments, and access, accounts and security approvals must be provided by the authority. The service does not include supplier-operated hosting or ongoing managed operations unless explicitly agreed. Delivery timelines depend on timely stakeholder availability, access to systems, and governance approvals.

We provide standard support during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Support is available via email and telephone. Support requests are logged and prioritised based on severity, with escalation to senior technical staff where required.

Enhanced support arrangements, including extended hours or increased responsiveness, can be agreed with the buyer at call-off stage where required.
