Where required, issues are escalated immediately in line with severity and agreed service levels, supported by regular status updates.

MVW provides premium consultancy for all our cloud services. Our service offerings are either based on fixed costs or time and material basis, depending on the work to be undertaken. This can be discussed at initiation of a project and is normally covered under standard UK hours (8x5, Mon–Fri). MVW operate rate cards which are favourable for public sector frameworks and follow similar SFIA levels.
