Our onboarding, training and user support services have been reconfigured to ensure individual users and teams can continue to operate OpusMap regardless of where they are based or how their team is distributed. Our redesigned Map Viewer ensures the public can engage in the plan making process and related online services from any location using their preferred device, usually a mobile phone.Equal opportunity
OpusMap is design to be used by anyone. A new Admin Console user does not need any additional qualifications or technical experience (e.g. in the use of GIS) in order to be trained in making full use of OpusMap. The ease of access and operation of OpusMap means plan making teams can work collaboratively and consistently together even if working as a distributed workforce and with different roles and responsibilities in the plan making process. OpusMap's mobile first Map Viewer ensures that the public can engage in the plan-making process via their preferred device (e.g. mobile) and method of engagement (e.g. digital self-service). This encourages a greater range of people in the community to participate in the plan-making process and a more diverse representation of views from the community engaged.
