Service constraints
Support is delivered remotely 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday. Out-of-hours and weekend cover can be arranged.

This service does not include on-site support, hardware maintenance, local network support, or non-cloud infrastructure.

The service covers day-to-day operational support and minor configuration changes for supported cloud services. Large projects and migrations fall outside our scope, however small changes or migrations may be delivered where agreed in advance.

Planned maintenance windows and change activities are scheduled in advance in accordance with agreed change management processes.

SLAs are prioritised based on urgency, with technicians empowered to adjust priority depending on business impact.

Core IT Support - Standard end-user support for cloud-based services, including Microsoft 365 administration, routine security monitoring, updates and compliant configuration. This tier supports stable day-to-day cloud operations aligned with UK public-sector expectations. A dedicated Technical Account Manager provides oversight and service coordination.
Price: £30 per user per month

Managed IT & Support - Enhanced cloud support with proactive security monitoring and remediation activities, including cloud-managed device configuration and application patching. This tier is designed for public-sector environments with higher security and operational assurance levels. A dedicated Technical Account Manager provides ongoing optimisation and governance support.
Price: £45 per user per month

Extended Support (optional add-on) - available for organisations requiring support outside of standard operating hours or requiring prioritised response times. This add-on can be applied to both Core IT Support and Managed IT Support tiers. Time spent on call outside of standard support hours, or support requests receiving prioritised response handling, are charged at enhanced support rates.

    Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

    • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d
    • Providing opportunities for, and measuring and monitoring of, staff workforce conditions over time, including employee engagement, involvement in decision-making and satisfaction and adapting to any changes in the results, with clear processes for acting on issues identified
    • Plans to engage the contract workforce in deciding the most important workplace issues to address
    • Ensuring new workers are informed of their right to join a trade union
    • Monitoring of employee engagement rates (by protected characteristic) and, where necessary, the development of actions to ensure all voices are heard across the diversity of the workforce

    • Measures to identify, mitigate and manage modern slavery risks relating to the contract and how these will be implemented
    • Outline policies and practices to be applied to or put in place for the contract to mitigate and manage modern slavery risks, including: Pre-employment checks, recruitment practices. Workplace conditions, safeguarding plans and processes in place and regular monitoring with relevant groups considered, which may include sampling
    • How to ensure business decisions re: price/cost, short lead times, payment timescales do not create modern slavery risks in the supply chain
