Service scope
- Service constraints
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure are provided via third-party platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure and are managed by the buyer or their appointed provider. Service availability, resilience and performance are therefore dependent on the underlying cloud platform. Blue Frontier delivers application-level support, configuration and consultancy within the scope agreed with the buyer but does not control cloud provider infrastructure. Support is primarily delivered remotely, with service hours and response targets defined per engagement. Some activities may depend on third-party access, licences or provider-defined change windows.
User support
- Email or online ticketing support
- Yes
- Support response times
- During standard support hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time), support requests can be raised via email, online ticketing system, web form or telephone. All requests are logged and acknowledged promptly through our ticketing system. Initial response times are prioritised by impact and urgency: critical issues within 15 working minutes, high-priority issues within 30 working minutes, and standard requests within one working hour. Requests submitted outside standard hours are logged automatically and responded to on the next working day, unless extended or out-of-hours support has been agreed as part of a separate support contract.

Blue Frontier provides flexible support levels aligned to buyer needs and the complexity of the supported cloud-based applications. Standard support is delivered during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time) and includes incident logging, triage, investigation, resolution and reporting via our ticketing system. Standard support is provided on a time-and-materials basis in line with the role-based day rates published in the pricing document.
Enhanced support levels are available where buyers require higher responsiveness, extended coverage or priority handling. These arrangements are agreed through a separate support agreement and may include extended or out-of-hours support, enhanced response targets, or a retained allocation of support hours. All enhanced support options are optional and incur additional cost, which is clearly defined in the pricing document and agreed in advance.
Each engagement is supported by a named technical lead or cloud support engineer who coordinates support activities, provides technical oversight and ensures continuity. Where appropriate, a technical account manager may also be assigned to act as the primary point of contact, manage service reviews and coordinate enhancements or change requests.
Support levels, response targets and associated costs are agreed at contract commencement to ensure transparency and alignment with buyer expectations.
