Services cover building test strategies plus ensuring accurate and thorough planning and estimating techniques are deployed for all test phases throughout the SDLC. This can be via a consultative approach to improve test strategy/plan and estimating techniques or actually undertaking the build of the strategies and plans and estimating activities on behalf of the client.

Planning activities can cover a variety of topics such as performance risk assessments, project objectives, scope, functional, non-functional, tools, data, environments, test asset management, roles and responsibilities (testing and interrelated disciplines), succession planning, RAID logs, test approaches, reusability, advanced test techniques, risk based testing, defect management, test case and script management, reporting, quality gates.

Resillion provides a dedicated cloud based Performance Test Service which is designed to identify, target and solve performance based defects at any stage of the cloud driven SDLC. Services include Load, Stress, Volume, Soak, Scalability Testing and Risk and Capacity Planning.

Resillion provides an ongoing support approach enabling you to utilise our expertise on an on-demand basis for the majority of our services. This enables you to plan more effectively and efficiently for both planned and ad-hoc work packets. Resillion provides a one-stop shop approach to Quality Assurance and covers all testing requirements for our clients own internally built systems as well as Commercial off the Shelf packages. Each client is supported by a Client Delivery Executive (CDE) who oversees the client engagement ensuring we provide the necessary combination of skills, expertise, tools and application of continuous improvement initiatives. The CDE also ensures that each engagement is correctly resourced for both current and future needs from a skills match, role, team make-up and soft skill perspective. In summary Resillion can provide you with a completely flexible service that meets your ongoing requirements no matter what form of quality assurance support you require.

Fighting climate change

Fighting Climate Change - Greener Initiatives - Resillion encourages all its staff to ‘think’ green (e.g. cycle to work). We have introduced initiatives within all Resillion offices aimed at reducing our carbon footprint and have been approved for ESOS (Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme). These include promoting a ‘print only if absolutely necessary’ policy, to reduce the need for print paper and ink cartridges. Resillion re-cycling points in our offices reduce landfill and support ‘re-use’. Our environmental policy and associated procedures cover how we improve our energy efficiency, including reducing water usage and to encourage staff to consider greener transport means/car sharing for commuting. Our ISO (9001 and 27001) processes ensure that our Environmental policies and processes are reviewed every year. Resillion commits to supporting any green or environmental initiatives promoted or implemented by our customers and clients, including Resillion employees working on local community projects.

Covid-19 recovery

In recovery from the COVID pandemic we found it key that we continue to support the economic recovery by recruiting locally, this approach has several benefits:
