We provide expert consultants to support a number of solutions including UiPath RPA deployments, PowerBI dashboards (and associated underlying data architecture), and the Microsoft Power Platform.
For any projects we are involved with the delivery of, we ensure there is a post go live support agreement in place that defines the hypercare support period, ongoing 1st/2nd/3rd line support (if applicable), transition to BAU team (if applicable) and escalation channels to ensure the delivered solutions are successfully embedded across the organisation and continue to be supported once the project team have been stood down.
Our team can provide remote support or embed directly with your in-house technology teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and upskilling, empowering your team to eventually transition into the role of providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for the delivered solutions.
We recognise that not every client has a desire to build out an in-house technology team, or only certain aspects of one. With our Managed Service offering, we are able to tailor our offering to meet your requirements, whether that be long term 1st – 3rd line support, specialist 3rd line support, interim support whilst you recruit/train your internal teams or any other combination of requirements.

All solutions are different, and so are the requirements for their support. We can offer a full Managed Service including 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support or only certain aspects (such as specialist 3rd line support). We try to be as agile and flexible as possible to provide a level of support that meets specific client needs.
Pricing is agreed on a case-by-case basis and reflects the level of support requested. As standard, we ensure a dedicated Service Delivery Manager is assigned for oversight of all issues, escalations and day to day queries.
To ensure our clients are continually happy with the support being provided, we conduct a monthly service review with stakeholders to review key indicators such as ticket volumes, SLA compliance, any regular themes and suggested improvements.
