Service constraints
Access to organisation systems, data, and internet connectivity must meet UK legal and security requirements.

Buyers retain responsibility for governance, approvals, and data ownership.

Unattributable access depends on acceptable use policies and lawful authorities.

Technology-agnostic integration may require buyer-provided licences or APIs.

Some advanced analytics features depend on data quality, format, and completeness. Service operates within RIPA, UCOL, CHIS, GDPR, and Article 8 constraints; IMSL will not proceed without appropriate authorisations.
