Costs:
All support required for delivery is included within the fixed-price or time-and-materials pricing set out in the pricing schedule. No additional support charges apply.
Technical Account Management:
A Technical Account Manager or Cloud Support Engineer is not provided as part of this service. Delivery is managed by the assigned Commercial Nexus consultant(s) for the duration of the engagement only.
Any ongoing support, optimisation, or managed service requirements are available under a separate Managed Service offering and require a separate Call-Off Contract.
