How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Each solution undergoes quality testing and SLA and KPI performance monitoring. A Subject Matter Expert verifies that an application or workload fulfils mutually agreed requirements during acceptance testing. After a set test plan/strategy, Senior Users must certify service success, offer solution, or roll back. UAT can begin once the business has written test scripts to ensure the application works on the new platform. Customers need performance guarantees, thus SLAs and KPIs are monitored. These will be customised for each client. They can measure customer priorities that way.
