Service scope

Service constraints
Qlik Platform Services (QPS) are delivered remotely only and apply solely to the customer’s on-premises environment, customer-managed cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure), or supported Qlik SaaS deployments. Service coverage is constrained by the selected QPS edition, including limits on servers, gateways, and applications/tasks. Support is subject to defined business hours and response times, with extended hours only in higher tiers. QPS does not include software licenses, underlying infrastructure management, third-party software support, or guaranteed issue resolution—only commercially reasonable response and remediation efforts within scope.

Support response times
Qlik Platform Services (QPS) response times depend on issue severity and the selected service edition. For Critical Issues, Qlik responds within 30 minutes during business hours for all editions. Out-of-hours coverage differs by tier: Standard does not include weekend or non-business hours response, while Premium and Enterprise include 30-minute response during evenings and weekends. For Non-Critical issues or service requests, response is provided within 2 hours (Analytics) or 1 hour (Data Integration) during business hours only. All response times are measured from ticket submission via the QPS service desk.

Support levels
Qlik Platform Services (QPS) are delivered in three support levels: Standard, Premium, and Enterprise. Each level provides the same core managed service capabilities, including proactive monitoring, platform operations, incident management, change and configuration management, backup and recovery assistance, and platform release support. The differences between levels relate to service availability, scale, and operational entitlements.

Standard provides support during defined business hours only. Premium and Enterprise extend coverage to include evenings and weekends for Critical Issues. Higher tiers also support larger environments, with increased limits for servers, gateways, applications, or production tasks, depending on whether the service applies to Analytics or Data Integration platforms.

The cost of QPS varies by support level and platform type and is charged as a fixed professional services subscription. Pricing is defined in the applicable order or G-Cloud listing and does not include any Qlik software licences or infrastructure costs.

QPS does not provide a named technical account manager, cloud support engineer, or customer success manager. Services are delivered by Qlik’s Platform Services team using a shared delivery model, with all interactions managed through the QPS service desk and customer portal.
