The Hitachi Vantara service can provide integrated test services that will perform quality assurance and end-to-end testing of the solution before releases/implementations are delivered. This test service provides;
Build Test Plan:
QA function to define and build out manual or automated tests as part of each sprint, this enables the development team to improve quality and minimise the introduction of regression errors. We aim to leverage the clients automated environment. The project team agree how users will support the sprint cycle testing since our agile approach brings the users closer to the developers to reduce feedback times for changes and quickly steer the project back on course if needed.
Sprint Testing:
The sprint team QA function is responsible for executing the sprint testing using the automated and manual tests developed in sprint. At the end of each sprint cycle, a test report is produced.
Client Testing:
The approach is agreed in the Delivery Plan. Typically, we conduct UAT and Performance testing. For larger projects, Integration testing will be executed bringing together the multiple streams and any other project activities. Any required Penetration or Performance testing should be completed according to the non-functional requirements gathered during the Discovery and Design phases.

Hitachi Vantara provide 2nd and 3rd line support. Costs vary according to the nature and extent of services supplied and the support features for Lumada licensing (Limited, Standard, Premium or Enterprise).
Assigned Architect. Enterprise Support includes the assignment of a solution architect (“Architect”) to provide up to four (4) hours per week to:
- conduct sessions to demonstrate implementation best practices with Your Named Contacts;
- discuss topics such as integration techniques, solution design and architecture, implementation strategies, upgrade techniques, best practices, and performance tuning the Analytics Product;
- coordinate and conduct sessions as needed between You and other architects or Analytics Product subject matter experts; and,
- trouble-shoot issues via VPN access to Your systems or in virtual replicas of Your solution, if possible.
The accrual or roll-over of unused allocated weekly time is not permitted. Additional bandwidth can be provided as a separate service, subject to Hitachi and client signing a mutually agreed upon Statement of Work. Hitachi will use commercially reasonable efforts, with clients cooperation, to build and maintain a virtual environment replicating clients solution.
