Re-Leased leverages Zendesk as a support platform that performed accessibility conformance in 2022.

Testing the Zendesk Web Widget involved a combination of manual and functional testing on the desktop platform. Level Access (Level) comprehensively tested a selection of screens representative of the Zendesk Web Widget using, among other methodology, the screen reader JAWS 2021, exclusive use of the keyboard, and manual inspection Accessibility API output (using tools such as Microsoft Inspect). Level also functionally tested typical user workflows with screen reader JAWS 2021, screen magnifier ZoomText 2021, and screen input software Dragon® NaturallySpeaking 15.

Re-Leased provides an implementation consultant to help run the project. That consultant will also run point on the data migration and training (either onsite or online). In addition, we provide a full online knowledge base of user documentation.

End-of-contract data extraction
Customers retain access to their account for an agreed period, as per their contract. In addition, customers can run all reports and export them to CSV or PDF to extract data from the system.
End-of-contract process
Customers must serve notice 30 days before the renewal date should they wish to terminate unless otherwise negotiated. After notice is served customers are encouraged to run various reports to export data from their account. After the agreed subscription end date, access is removed and no further data can be extracted. If required, read-only access is available at an additional cost.

The web version can be accessed from any smart device that has an internet browser and internet connection. The web version is scalable in size so it will automatically adjust for different screen sizes.

In addition, we provide both Android and Apple mobile applications for tenants, landlords and property managers. The apps give the user a native experience designed specifically for mobile devices.

Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
Re-Leased shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Services to be available 99% of the time, measured monthly, excluding Permitted Downtime.

Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Re-Leased’s entire liability, in connection with Service availability shall be that for each month the Unavailability exceeds 1%, Re-Leased will credit Customer 2% of the annual Fees applicable to that month on a pro-rata basis (“Service Credits”). Customer must request Service Credits by notifying Re-Leased in writing within 24 hours from the time of Unavailability. Failure to provide such notice will forfeit the right to receive Service Credits. Service Credits may not be redeemed for cash and shall not be cumulative beyond a single Service Credit in a given calendar month. Re-Leased will apply Service Credits to the next invoice delivered to the Customer.
Approach to resilience
