Service scope
- Service constraints
- Our service requires appropriate IAM roles and permissions within the buyer’s AWS environment to deploy and manage security tooling. Support is delivered remotely or on-site, with scheduled maintenance coordinated in advance. Services are optimised for AWS UK regions; performance may vary in other regions. Integration with third-party systems may require buyer-side configuration. Delivery includes a discovery and design phase to tailor the solution to the client’s requirements, which may affect timelines.
