Standard project-level support is included with
the service on a Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (UK working
days) basis. This project team handles standard
project-level matters, software change requests,
etc. Additionally, in the event of an incident,
customers may raise a case to the Supplier's
helpdesk (24/7/365). The resolver groups for
service affecting incidents is 24/7/365 and target
resolution times are 4 hours (P1) and 8 hours

Alta Aware provides various mechanisms to support this such as direct downloads of video data, backing data up to external storage such as FTP or AWS S3. Alta aware also provides the encryption key for video stored on the Aware hardware enabling customers to decrypt their data offline. Once service termination has been confirmed the customer’s VMS data will be deleted 90 days from the date the contract ends.
