1 – Critical 30 minutes Velrada will provide an interim strategy or resolution plan, within 2 hours of the incident receipt. Velrada will perform the case resolution procedure within 4 hours until case resolution

2 – High 2 business hours Velrada will provide an interim strategy or resolution plan, within 4 hours of the incident receipt. Velrada will perform the case resolution procedure within 8 hours until case resolution

3 – Normal 4 business hours Velrada will perform the case resolution procedure within 16 hours until case resolution.

4 – Low 12 business hours Velrada will perform the case resolution procedure within 32 hours until case resolution. For any modification/service request, target resolution delivery as per agreed with the Customer.
