We work with our clients to define, develop and help realise their vision, strategies and objectives in the context of clients moving towards new frameworks or cloud based solutions. We work with our clients to help them assess and understand their strategic direction and ensure their investment decisions are aligned to their required strategic outcomes. We help the client design, plan and put together the Portfolio of Programmes and Projects that will deliver the required outcomes. Supporting the client to evaluate the impact of change inherent in implementing new ways of working and to define and execute action plans to help staff on this journey and successfully transition into delivering their services and products.
We use best practice methodologies and a pragmatic approach to architecture as appropriate for the client for designing, planning and to help assure design and delivery. Methodologies include, Agile, Prince 2, TOGAF and recommend bringing Portfolio approach to undertaking programmes and projects that is embedded in the strategic and enterprise level of the organisation.
We commit to transferring our knowledge to the client to enable them to continue the process of managing change.

We work with our clients to consider all elements of business and technology architecture to help plan and manage the design of and migration to future-state operating models. We then help the client define the transition and roadmaps to the future operating model.
We help clients define assumptions and identify and manage risks to transition to cloud-based operating models.
We help clients looking to containerise their applications or migrate to cloud-ready platforms such as Openshift with refactoring the code for the applications. Most native / Java applications will not work on new cloud platforms and the code needs to be refactored and thoroughly tested. Taleos consulting has experience in ensuring that applications are production ready and all existing functionality has been retained when they are moved to the cloud or cloud-ready platforms
We adopt a "Trickle Migration" approach for all complex projects. This allows us to take an incremental approach to migrating data. Rather than aim to complete the whole event in a short time window, a trickle migration involves running the old and new systems in parallel and migrating the data in phases.
