Akita provides consultancy-led support aligned to ISO/IEC 27001 delivery. Support is provided through a standard engagement model rather than tiered service desk levels.
Support is delivered by experienced information security consultants. A named consultant acts as the primary point of contact for the duration of the engagement, providing continuity and subject matter expertise. A dedicated technical account manager or cloud support engineer is not assigned, as this service is advisory rather than operational.
Support is included within the agreed engagement scope and priced on a fixed-scope or time-and-materials basis, depending on buyer requirements. There are no additional charges for standard email or ticketing-based support during UK business hours. Enhanced support, expedited response times, or on-site support can be agreed in advance and may incur additional cost.
This model ensures appropriate access to specialist expertise while maintaining clear scope control and predictable pricing.
